Main accountabilities include: - Must be able to clearly communicate human resources policies, procedures, laws, and company programs. - Provides internal customer service to management and employees for day-to-day needs. - Provide confidential administrative support to the Management and Supervisors. - Works with the GM, YUL and local HR Regional Manager to ensure that all related deliverable items are handled and executed on time. - Maintain employee files to the standards required by the Menzies 5 Star Audit program. - Support the management team in arranging and documenting all communications to employees. - Provides guidance and direction to local m...
