Division: Retail Banking Department: Various – Branch Network Reports to: Regional Manager Status: Exempt/Officer Grade: 10 Salary Range: $55,588 - $102,474: Salary range updated 4/10/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Responsible for managing all functions of a retail branch. Maximize branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction while minimizing operating losses. Inspire, motivate, coach and model sales and service behaviors. Must be a leader, team player and mentor, who fosters a motivated, diverse team environment to achieve expected results. Develop new business in the community through calling efforts and community involvement which results in achieving and/or exceeding assigned sales goals. Communicate, implement and monitor compliance of Bank standards, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirement.
