ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Join a world-class technology consultancy where software is built by people, for people, creating high-performance systems that impact users worldwide. We're seeking a Data Governance Tech Lead to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your expertise. You'll work closely with leadership (CEO/COO) and clients, owning data classification schemas, managing AI tool governance, and ensuring compliance across the organization. PROJECT & CONTEXT: You'll own and maintain the organization's data classification schema, defining enforceable rules for AI tools across all risk tiers while serving as the authoritative voice on data permissibility. The role involves supporting AI tool request triage, maintaining the AI registry, coordinating vendor data handling assessments, and ensuring robust PII and sensitive data guardrails are documented before go-live.
