Department: 37312 Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center - Oncology: South Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Outpatient oncology clinic Team RN role. 0730-1700. Monday - Friday scheduling, four days a week (off Mondays). No weekends, no holidays, no on-call. This position is NOT infusion. the team RN role will be supporting solid tumor physicians with t elephone triage, results review, care coordination, etc. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 - Utilizing the nursing process, provides ongoing care according to the age specific and specialty specific care needs of the patient. Assesses educational needs and provides teaching and counseling to the patient and their family. Integrates health promotion and preventive aspects of care. Integrates symptom assessment and management according to the treatment plan. Assesses social determinants of health that could impact care and coordinates care to the appropriate resources (e.g. navigation, SW).
