Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family centered care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, works as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide administrative and clerical support. Composes and word processes correspondence; maintains and monitors client charts; receives and inputs confidential client data into a variety of health data systems such as CCIMS, iPHIS and Procura. The Program Support Clerk sets up filing systems, gathers and compiles statistics, and engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities. QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience Grade 12 supplemented with an Office Administration Certificate and two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of general office procedures and equipment.Ability to keyboard 5,000 keystrokes per hour.Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients.Ability to communicate effectively/tactfully both verbally and in writing.Ability to compose business correspondence.Ability to organize and prioritize.Ability to work under the...
