Job description

Overview: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Provides advocacy, support, and case management to adults who are at risk for or have experienced interpersonal family violence or intimate partner violence. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Engages in consistent supervision and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for risk reduction, prevention, and legal reporting of suspected family violence. - Contributes to program development, utilizing evidence-based techniques including safety risk assessment and planning, providing access information on community resources, and integrating services with community partners. - Maintains and documents advocate practice in accordance with various regulatory standards, ensuring proper patient referrals and continuity of care for comprehensive service provision.
