Our Anglicare At Home teams deliver person‑centred care that helps clients remain safely in their homes — and our Support Hub plays a critical role in making that happen. We’re now looking for a Support Team Lead to join our team. Your Opportunity: As a Support Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of Response and Scheduling Officers to ensure home care services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client needs. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly — managing workflows, coordinating coverage and supporting your team to deliver strong outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
