Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking an Software Engineering Lead to join our TekSynap Defense team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Five Years relevant experience Software Engineering2 - Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Clearance: - Top Secret RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide expert-level technical knowledge and conduct analysis of specialized applications and complex operational environments. Deliver advanced systems analysis, design input, integration support, documentation, and implementation guidance for highly complex challenges requiring deep subject matter expertise.
