The VDH is made up of a statewide Central Office in Richmond and 33 local health districts. The Family Support Worker serves as a Service Coordinator for the Infant & Toddler Connection (ITC) of Central Virginia, providing coordination of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This position ensures that eligible children and their families receive timely, family-centered services that promote the child’s development within everyday routines and natural environments.
