The Rehabilitation Assistant provides support to the Physical Therapy Department to ensure a positive and efficient patient care experience. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, managing supplies, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires direct interaction with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Job Description: Patient Interaction and Care Support - Greet patients warmly and escort them to treatment areas. - Provide necessary information during registration and assist patients in preparation for treatment. - Perform supervised therapeutic exercises with patients and assist therapists with treatments requiring two-person assistance. - Apply approved treatment modalities under direct supervision.
