The Plumber, Licensed inspects, repairs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures in heating, water, and drainage systems to preserve the safe functioning and quality of all systems throughout the facilities. Further the Plumber, Licensed provides mentorship and supervision to junior plumbers and performs the more complex repairs and modifications. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs work orders and participates in projects as directed. Keeps daily logs on major components up to date. Identifies electrical, plumbing, and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action. Reads and interprets blueprints to repair plumbing systems. Maintains piping systems by opening clogged drains, replacing washers, and repairing leaky faucets. Completes scheduled preventive maintenance.
