This is a role that is key in ensuring the engineering team continues to operate as efficiently as possible, offering valuable support to the engineering senior manager, engineering planner, maintenance leads, and other administration staff when required. Part of this support will include risk assessments, SOPs, safe systems of work, assisting the coordination of engineer training, PO management. The engineering team utilises KPIs, and you’ll be supporting the team record and track these.
