Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions. This a firm-wide role. Primary Functions and Tasks: Responsible for the design and implementation of ‘Early Careers Development’ within the People Development & Center of Excellence (CoE) portfolio Provides expertise in content design for early careers training and development Works as partner to the business and cross-functional teams to address business needs and bring continuous improvement to the offerings Monitors and measures training effectiveness: Manages budget for responsible offerings: Manages senior stakeholders, training providers and suppliers Oversees the Learning Management System and online training content Designs and creates virtual learning pathways Manages and supports the development of team members We are looking for: Should have 7-10 years’ experience of L&D delivery within a professional services firm Must have knowledge of competencies and skills within professional service...
