Location: Marshfield, WI Company: Interstate Assembly Systems: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Interstate Assembly Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented First Shift Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to support our Marshfield, Wisconsin operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting production through accurate material handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the production schedule by printing, picking, and delivering materials and parts to production using our distribution system; ensure all picks are accurate. - Interface daily with project managers, engineering, and production staff to ensure order accuracy. - Process paperwork and perform data entry related to work orders and physical material movements in SX. - Follow warehousing policies and procedures, including material issues/receipts, storage, and location controls. - Check in inventory, put away stock orders, and maintain organized warehouse locations. - Maintain filing systems for SRO files in accordance with warehouse procedures. - Process all returns to stock inventory per...
