Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: As Sales Representative for Stryker’s Sage portfolio, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker’s Mission and Values. Achieve or overachieve quota (sales targets) through prospecting new clients and successfully managing existing customer relationships Educate and inform nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products.
