Junior Accountant

Description LDI Mechanical, Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and period-end closings. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of confidentiality, must have strong analytical skills, have a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to accuracy. This individual must be able to display strong organizational skills, manage time well and present honesty and integrity within this role. Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP Conduct daily and monthly cash flow reviews and monitor variances Maintain and update records of taxes, liabilities, assets, and other financial data Assist with month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Assist with job-cost tracking, including labor, materials, overhead, and subcontractor costs Coordinate and process quarterly on-site inventory counts Inventory forecasting by analyzing historical data, production schedules, and demand projections Perform job-cost audits to ensure costs are properly allocated, documented...
