Position Summary: There are 2800+ dealers enrolled in ARO. The ARO Dealer Advisor – D2D Specialist offers frontline support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in the Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program while owning specialized responsibilities tied to D2D (dealer to dealer) orders . The ARO Dealer Advisor provides direct support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program. This role is responsible for assisting dealers with Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals, understanding ARO order logic, improving Off-Shelf-Fill (OSF), and maintaining overall compliance with ARO system requirements. Advisors help optimize dealer inventory, troubleshoot ARO behaviors, and serve as the primary resource for ARO-related guidance.
