Job Description Tate’s Bake Shop is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer with 5–10 years of relevant experience to join our snack food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will focus on waste reduction, line efficiency, throughput improvement, and the development of process controls aligned with product specifications. This role requires strong project management skills, ROI-based prioritization, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives across departments while driving measurable improvements in product quality, operational performance, and financial results. What can you expect on the job? Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, throughput increase, and line efficiency. Develop, validate, and implement process controls based on product specifications to ensure consistent product quality. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive measurable improvements.
