A Day in the Life As an EO Trainer, you will be certifying and training Equipment Operators on all functions related to equipment operations and safety. What does success look like in this role? The ideal candidate is an accessible and approachable individual who is an active listener and has the creativity to explain topics in a fun and engaging way. This person is patient and can adapt their training delivery style according to how the learners are responding. Training doesn't stop in the classroom. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing coaching to Equipment Operators to ensure maintenance with NRI Safety Program.
