Job Title VCP Lead – I2M (Value & Analytics) Job Description: The VCP Lead – Idea to Market (I2M) drives Value Creation and cost competitiveness across the Precision Diagnostics I2M lifecycle, with strong focus on early‑phase value creation in R&D, Advanced Development, and New Product Introductions (NPI). The role ensures cost, margin, and value are embedded early in product design and development through strong financial ownership, cross‑functional leadership, and Lean transformation. Your role: Define and own the overall I2M VCP ambition and targets for Precision Diagnostics. Translate PD‑level VCP goals into function‑specific targets, working closely with R&D, program leaders, and Finance to identify early cost and value opportunities. Lead cross‑functional teams across the I2M value chain to deliver committed VCP results. Set up and run the I2M VCP program, including governance, daily management cadence, and portfolio prioritization. Drive Kaizen events, workshops, and data‑driven analyses to build a strong I2M VCP funnel.
