- Join our iconic St Ives Gold Mine on an 8:6/7:7 - Local opportunity for Kambalda or Kalgoorlie residents only - Bring your mineral processing knowledge Our Opportunity: Gold Fields Australia is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Process Operator to join their Processing department at our iconic St Ives Gold Mine. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for operating the processing plant and associated equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner, to maximise plant performance without effecting the environment or health and safety of personnel. This role is being offered on an 8:6/7:7 roster. You will be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie. We provide transportation between Kalgoorlie and site is provided. Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.
