In the Netherlands, we support tax professionals and accountants with mission-critical software that enables compliance, advisory services, and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment. Our UX team collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data & AI teams to solve complex customer and business problems. We operate in multi-role, multi-product ecosystems where usability, trust, performance, and regulatory compliance are critical. About the role: As Senior CX/UX Designer – Tax & Accounting Netherlands , you design end-to-end design for complex solutions within one or more products (e.g., Twinfield, Basecone). You are responsible for driving quality, consistency, and user-centered decisions from discovery through delivery.
