Team Lead Assembler Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Assembler Team Lead to join our Seal Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. The Team Lead will be responsible for, but are not limited to, performing tasks in the following areas: pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement and Lean/BPS. Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.
