JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Order Pullers are responsible for efficient, safe, and accurate loading of the delivery trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly. 2. Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products. 3. Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager. 4. Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner. 5. Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets. 6. Ensure loads are completed accurately and neatly. 7. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first. 8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. 9. Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck. 10. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage. 11.
