Job Description: The Role As the ETF team expands distribution internationally, we are seeking a key contributor to help lead efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The Head of ETF Product Strategy will drive ETF growth and engagement across the region by delivering product expertise and supporting distribution strategies. Responsibilities: The Expertise and Skills You Bring - Represent investment and product teams by providing ETF solutions, expertise, and insights - Develop materials and compile data for use in thought leadership and distribution efforts - Support business partners in identifying and developing relationships with prospective firms and advisors - Collaborate on sales and distribution strategies for Fidelity's ETFs in the London region - Join appropriately licensed sales professionals in client meetings - Work cross-functionally within Asset Management to influence the product roadmap, develop messaging, and create core content to support ETF growth - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred - 5+ years of sales or product experience, with deep expertise in ETFs, including capital markets, solutions, business development, and competitive...
