Greenvolt Next is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager who will be responsible for leading and scaling the company’s decentralized energy business in the Polish market. This includes defining and executing the local strategy, building a high-performing team, driving commercial growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as the key representative of Greenvolt Next in Poland, aligning local initiatives with global objectives while adapting to market dynamics. The role requires a strong balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment focused on the energy transition. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Market Development - Define and execute Greenvolt Next’s strategy for the Polish market, aligned with group objectives. - Identify market opportunities in decentralized energy solutions (e.g., solar PV, self-consumption, energy efficiency, storage). - Analyze regulatory frameworks, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions. - Develop and manage the country business plan, including revenue targets and growth roadmap.
