Job description

Position Purpose: Coordinate the initial training programs for newly hired Professional Services Embryologist as well as PwPs . Assist the IVF TOGU Professor with training of newly hired IVF Embryologists. Ensure teams are consistent in results, equipment, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute a formalized training program for core competencies & basic skill sets for PS embryologists. Coordinates a training plan and follows through with new team members. Conducts advanced training for on farm skill sets associated with the PSE position. Collaborates with the TOGU PSE Professor in MD on the best course of action for training PS embryologists. Works together to further develop curriculum and training plans. Assist vet professor in training of external clients in skills related to the IVF process and embryo transfer. Assist IVF professor with training IVF embryologists in the areas of embryo evaluation, freezing, stripping, and fertilization. Equip those in-training with the resources, scientific knowledge, and up-to-date equipment necessary for them to perform with excellence.
