Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies. We combine a Venture Studio (Entourage Studio) with a Venture Capital fund (Entourage Capital). To further our mission, we are in search of a Resident UX Engineer to create high quality prototypes and communicate and experiment new business ideas effectively. As Resident UX Engineer, your main responsibilities include: - Prototyping: build out prototypes together with our team. You are a fundamental part of the strategic process and not only an executor. - Conduct user tests and gather market feedback. - Collaborate with venture builders and users throughout the design process. - Research and track new design and technology advancements in B2B software. Requirements: - Experience working at a tech startup. - Incredibly interested in technology and eager about innovation. - Obsessed with high quality output. - Proficient in graphic design with expertise in typography, effective layout creation, and color scheme development. - Hold a bachelor's degree or above in frontend development, interaction design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or a related area, with a pr...
