Band Level 5 Location: #LI-Hybrid The Associate Director, Field Insights & Analytics xPortfolio, reporting to the Director, Field Insights & Analytics – X Portfolio, serves as a strategic partner to field leadership. This role delivers integrated insights, guides enterprise field analytics priorities, and leads end-to-end field execution governance. As the primary Insights & Decision Science (IDS) liaison to field teams, the AD ensures strong cross-TA alignment, robust knowledge management, and effective integration with enterprise data strategy initiatives. This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
