Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Multifamily Housing | Nashville & Columbia, TN Reliable Transportation Required | No Overnight Travel Brookside is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to support apartment communities throughout the Nashville and Columbia region. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a skilled multifamily maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring teams, and traveling between communities.
