Job Type Full-time Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Weatherization Auditor conducts residential energy audits and home inspections for program eligible households. The audits focus on energy efficient diagnostics, health & safety inspections and establishing possible insulation improvements that are funded through multiple federal, state, and local funding sources. This position ensures compliance with funding regulations, works closely with contractors and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within program guidance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs in depth Energy Audits and safety inspections in customer homes for weatherization and home repair. Energy Audits involve diagnostic testing, blower door testing, duct blaster, room balancing, worst case combustion testing, combustion appliance testing, and other indoor air quality testing to assure home is safe for the occupant. 2. Enter audit information into software program and generate work orders for contractors to complete improvements. 7. Complete job reporting requirements. 8.
