STARTING RATE: $13.75: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 years old JOB SUMMARY: Oversee guest room attendants and house persons for all Mesquite Gaming properties. Ensure that all rooms are reported with the correct status, ensuring hotel rooms are ready for occupancy. Assist Housekeeping Manager with day-to-day operations. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees. Understand, comply with, and enforce company and department policies and procedures and OSHA regulations. This is a labor position. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Quality control, customer relations and ability to follow procedures required. Must have good organizational skills, be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. This person must have strong phone, and verbal skills. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions. This person must be able to have a pleasant attitude when dealing with guests and employees. Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
