Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee: The Opportunity: The Specialty Casualty Team is currently hiring an underwriter to underwrite business in alignment with the business plan and within the delegated underwriting authority to support and grow Northeast Wholesale E&S. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with exceptional reputation in the industry and to influence the buildout of Specialty Casualty. Location: New York City, NY ; 28 Liberty Street, 26th Floor, New York NY 10005 Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The salary range for this role is between $155,000 - $233,000. Your New Role: Perform complex underwriting activities in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Utilize product line expertise to analyze business prospects and recommend profitable risk selection. Forge and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to ensure sound underwriting decision-making and support business growth.
