Job-ID: 17176; Location(s): McPherson KS JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Operator I is responsible for the assembly or packing of various products & performing necessary quality tests according to the product specification while ensuring production demands are met. Can recognize basic equipment errors and report or perform basic troubleshoot tasks. What You'll Do: Production - Proficient in all operator 1 job description requirements - Operates and controls auxiliary and semiautomatic equipment for production process being performed - Ability to assist higher-level operators. - Uses measuring equipment to ensure all quality specifications are met. - Assists in the training of lower level operators - Operate any material handling and processing equipment required for production. - Utilize shop floor management system to update CIP boards when necessary - Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment - Ability run more than one machine while still maintaining required output Supply Raw Material: - Visually checks work stations to determine if supplies are getting low; pulls supplies from designated stocking areas. - Transports materials to and from workstations utiliz...
