The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team’s mission is to support the firm’s ‘One Goldman Sachs’ forward strategy by proactively identifying, managing, monitoring and reporting key third party risks in order to enable and challenge the business’s risk-based decision making processes. The Third Party Operational Resilience Assurance (TORA) capability delivers a comprehensive program of ongoing operational resilience testing for Goldman Sachs’ most critical third party relationships. OUR IMPACT: The objective of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is to enable Goldman Sachs to utilize third parties seamlessly with best-in-class risk management practices, integrated customer experience, agility, transparency and clear accountability. The function aims to equip our clients & escalation points with current risk landscape insights, foresight of emerging risks and support in driving remediation of deficiencies.
