Department: 02110 AMG Orland Park 167th - Endocrinology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday May start or end a little earlier based on clinic needs. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Must have CDCES certification and either RD or RN license. Job Profile Summary: To coordinate and facilitate education of the diabetes patient outpatient population, by acting as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff. Major Responsibilities: Serves as a resource/clinical expert for identified diabetes inpatients. Serves as a resource / clinical expert for hospital staff.
