We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Health & Education team, based in Adelaide, and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant and high‑performing facilities across a complex social infrastructure portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services and the communities that rely on them. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Leading the delivery of reactive, corrective and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio, ensuring safety, quality and service excellence. Providing technical leadership and day‑to‑day support to operational teams and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and strong performance. Ensuring statutory, legal and contractual compliance, with a strong focus on Zero Harm and continuous improvement.
