Key details: - Upcoming infrastructure projects - Perth local role - Collaborative safety team with mentors and managers to assist in your upskilling - Government and Infrastructure services sectors THE ROLE: - Engage, mentor and support project teams to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and regulatory/client requirements - Assist with incident, accident and injury management, including return‑to‑work and workers’ compensation processes - Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and review of the Duratec HSE Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Federal Accreditation requirements - Provide HSE leadership across project teams and support internal and external audit activities - Monitor performance against HSEQ objectives and targets, ensuring continuous improvement - Coordinate and deliver local HSEQ training to project personnel - Conduct regular site travel to complete inspections, observations, pre‑starts and toolbox meetings - Support development of SWMS, risk assessments and other project delivery requirements - Manage the internal sa...
