In this role, you will shape the employee experience end‑to‑end (hire‑to‑exit), strengthen leadership quality, and drive operational excellence—while contributing to the simplification and standardization enabled by SCOR’s HR Target Operating Model. Business partnering & leadership support: - Coach and challenge leaders on people decisions across the HR value chain (performance, development, workforce planning, compensation and organization design). - Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across cultures, translating business needs into pragmatic HR solutions. Employee experience & employee relations: - Provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle (hire‑to‑exit), ensuring a consistent and high‑quality employee experience. - Anticipate and manage sensitive employee relation topics with sound judgement, ensuring that HR policies and Swiss employment law are applied fairly and consistently.
