As a Business Process Manager, a typical day will include the following duties: JOB DESCRIPTION - The candidate shall extract raw data from the CMS as Comma Separated Value (CSV) files for import into Excel, where contractor will scrub data for gaps and discrepancies. - The candidate shall collect user requirements from customer employees and generate recommendations for updates and expansions of customer system capabilities; the customer Program Manager will review and prioritize the requirements prior to passage to customer developers. - The candidate shall liaise with customer developers to ensure they have an accurate unders...
