Description Sangre de Cristo Community Care (SDCCC) is seeking an experienced Part Time Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing team serving the Trinidad/Walsenburg area. Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for driving referral growth and developing strong relationships within an assigned territory. This role serves as a key liaison between Sangre de Cristo Community Care and healthcare providers, community partners, patients, and families.
