A Day in the Life: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Commercial Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and business plan for the Diabetes portfolio in Czech Republic, in support of the company's overall financial and strategic objectives. Ensure sales strategies are aligned to the global business and maintain long-range sales and marketing plans. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adapt commercial go-to-market strategies effectively - Market Access & Strategic Initiatives: Oversee new product/market introductions, sales training programs and ensure attendance at key industry congresses and meetings.
