ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a Senior Chemist who holds a degree in Chemical Sciences (or a related scientific discipline) and has extensive experience in the day-to-day operation of a self-sufficient laboratory environment. They possess strong knowledge of laboratory sampling, analysis, and reporting requirements within a gas processing site, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. Required skills and experience: Degree in chemical sciences or another scientific discipline Experience in the day-to-day running of a self-sufficient laboratory Knowledge of Laboratory sampling, analysis and reporting requirements for a gas processing site Knowledge of ensuring that the requirements of the UKAS Accreditation Standard ISO 17025 are met on a day-to-day basis in a laboratory Possess technical expertise to aid site personnel Experience of personnel training and continual development Ability to provide training to personnel Aware of the hazards and safety aspects associated with the site and the online processes.
