Job Description Fugro is seeking an experienced Global Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and performance of our Fleet Services organization. Based at our headquarters in Nootdorp, you will oversee financial governance, operational finance, and long‑term value creation across our global fleet operations. In this leadership role, you will hold full financial accountability for all Fleet Services entities and for the services delivered to Fugro’s global business units. You will drive financial performance, reinforce internal controls, and elevate transparency across a complex, asset‑intensive, and project‑driven operational landscape. Effective stakeholder management is essential: you build alignment across regions and ensure that improvements are embedded and sustained throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Global Director Fleet Services, you will be a key contributor to the strategic direction and operational excellence of the division.
