Description Stephens College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Business Administration to join a dynamic and growing program committed to experiential learning, industry engagement, and career-focused education. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in business and contribute to curriculum development in areas such as management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and hospitality management. Stephens College operates on an innovative block schedule, where students focus on one course at a time during intensive 3.5-week terms. This model encourages deep engagement and allows faculty to design courses that emphasize experiential learning, project-based assignments, and meaningful interaction with industry professionals.
