Job Purpose The Outside Counsel AI Solution Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of OCM AI-enabled delivery for our clients. This role will manage client relationship and drive the adoption of transparent, efficient and AI enabled billing strategies. As Outside Counsel AI Solution Manager and subject matter expert you will ensure your team delivers oversight and assurance monitoring of AI processes and outcomes to ensure consistency and effective AI delivery as well as human intervention for exception and escalation requiring manual effort and interaction when appropriate.
