THE POSITION: The IT O&L Liaison Italy will help represent the IT O&L function at the Bidachem and Noventa manufacturing sites, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure that site-specific demands and needs are met in line with expectations and strategic investments. This role is pivotal in supporting the digital transformation journey of both sites, with a strong focus on the investment programs, which aims to elevate the site’s digitalization and integration with global solutions. The person will foster a culture of innovation, proactively engage with business partners, and ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of these very important locations in the Boehringer Ingelheim network.
