The Field Operations Director reports to the Zone Vice President of Project Management & Operations and directs the day-to-day business operations of the zone delivery and installation team. The optimal candidate for this position is motivated, entrepreneurial and is looking to transition from an individual contributor into a leadership role. The Field Operations Director should demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, have experience in driving operational excellence initiatives and be able to navigate complex organizations to resolve operational issues quickly.
