Job Description: The candidate will join a team responsible of all Jigs and tools at Illescas Airbus site for aircraft components manufacturing in composite material Main task of the position consists of ensure successful industrialization of JIGS AND TOOLS ASSEMBLY ASSES (creation, development and modification) for the new program of A350F Main Deck Cargo Door Functions: -Jigs and Tools Tool Request: analysis, assessment and acceptance. -Design and/or specify the requested Jigs and Tools assembly assets according to requirements from Manuf. Engineering Process Engineer, Operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomics, Maintenance Engineer and Plant/ FAL Quality Assurance Representative for Jigs and Tool or representative. -Suppliers technical down selection. -Technical Project leader including technical interface to supplier. -Jigs and Tools definition for Maintenance, Training, Recertification and re-calibration. -Ensure the provided solution is fully integrated within the industrial system through a robust acceptance process set on defined Key Performance Indicators. -Jigs and Tools Handover to Operations. -Support Finance activities to elaborate the CapEx and/or OpEx dossier. -Sup...
