Job Family: Medical Records Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Obtain the necessary documentation for the coders to compete accounts on hold; Closely monitor Code Hold List to increase efficiencies with DNFC; Analyze discharged records for physician deficiencies; Follow up on completion of deficiencies within designated time-frame; answer patient portal calls and follow up with patients. What You Will Need: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years relevant experience OR Graduate of a Certified Health Information Technology Program Registered Health Information Technology Certification.
